Falafel Salad Bowls
Delicious falafel salad bowls are full of veggies and are really fast to make. Made easy by using store-bought falafel!
Ingredients
- 5 oz baby kale container, mix
- 5 oz spinach container, mix
- 1/2 lb Baby tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/4 red onion sliced thinly
- small handful parsley
- falafel heated thoroughly, premade
dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise real
- lemon juice of half
- 1 large garlic finely minced, clove
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
- plash water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for salad into a large bowl.
- For dressing: whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Drizzle and toss dressing with salad and serve immediately.
