Falafel Salad Bowls

Delicious falafel salad bowls are full of veggies and are really fast to make. Made easy by using store-bought falafel!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz baby kale container, mix
  • 5 oz spinach container, mix
  • 1/2 lb Baby tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion sliced thinly
  • small handful parsley
  • falafel heated thoroughly, premade
dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise real
  • lemon juice of half
  • 1 large garlic finely minced, clove
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
  • plash water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients for salad into a large bowl.
  2. For dressing: whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Drizzle and toss dressing with salad and serve immediately.
