Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups wheat chex cereal
- 2 cups corn chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 2 cups Bugles chips
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces
- 1 cup candy corn and pumpkins
Instructions
- Add butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract to a large, microwave safe bowl.
- Cook in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Stir to combine until the butter is all melted.
- Add the Wheat Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels and Bugles to the bowl. Toss to coat in caramel mixture.
- Microwave for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
- Pour out onto a parchment lined sheet to cool. This should take about 30-60 minutes.
- Once cool add the Reese's pieces, candy corn and pumpkins and caramel corn with peanuts and toss to combine.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot or serve immediately.

Notes
- Once your harvest snack mix is completely cool, place it into an airtight container. You can also store in a zip top bag and squeeze the air out of it. Seal the bag tightly.
- Store in a cool and dry place and the snack mix will last for up to 5 days.
