Ingredients
- ½ cup palm oil
- 4 tablespoons finely grated onion
- 7 oz. roasted cassava flour , farofa
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add the palm oil into a pan placed over medium heat and heat it.
- Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until soft.
- Add the cassava flour little by little, stirring constantly.
- Continue to fry until the mixture is well incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Transfer the dendé farofa to a bowl and enjoy immediately.
