Ingredients

  • 2 medium fennel bulbs
  • 1 lemon Juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper To taste
  • 1 handful parsley leaves Fresh, chopped

  1. Trim the tops and bottoms of the fennel bulbs. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the tough core. Thinly slice the fennel using a sharp knife or a mandolin slicer.
