Feta Dip
Tangy, fresh Feta Dip is an easy appetizer that your guests will eat right up! Everyone will beg for more. Good thing it only takes 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 6 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 4 Roma tomato diced
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 2-3 teaspoons Greek seasoning
- 1 loaf whole-wheat baguette
Instructions
- Cover a serving platter with a layer of olive oil.
- Add the tomatoes, green onions, and feta to the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the Greek seasoning on top.
- Carefully mix all of the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Cut the baguette into 1/4-inch slices and serve with the dip. I like to spoon some of the dip onto the bread slices are serve it like bruschetta.
