Ingredients

  • 12 frozen phyllo cups
  • 12 teaspoon soft goat cheese (chevre)
  • 6 teaspoon fig jam

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Place phyllo cups in a mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
  3. Add about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese to each phyllo cup.  Bake for 10 minutes, or until cups are starting to turn golden and goat cheese is soft.
  4. Remove from oven and top each cup with about 1/2 teaspoon of fig jam. (I prefer to have more goat cheese than jam in each cup so that it isn't overly sweet.) Serve immediately.
