Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup beet steamed or roasted and cooled
  • 1 fig ripe, or 2
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 collagen peptides or beef gelatin, scoop
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds raw
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (Note: adjust amount of almond milk based on desired thickness). 

Notes

  • *For Low-FODMAP, omit beets and figs
