Fig Beet Blueberry Smoothie
Anti-inflammatory smoothie with beets and blueberries is a powerful way to take in your Vitamins
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
- 1/4 cup beet steamed or roasted and cooled
- 1 fig ripe, or 2
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 collagen peptides or beef gelatin, scoop
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds raw
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (Note: adjust amount of almond milk based on desired thickness).
Notes
- *For Low-FODMAP, omit beets and figs
