Filipino Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 Knorr Pork Cube
  • 3 tablespoons liver spread
  • 12 hotdogs sliced
  • 35 ounces Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti noodles (al dente) according to package instructions. Once cooked, Drain the water, and then transfer the spaghetti to a bowl. Cover it and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a Pan. Sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. Once the onions soften, add the ground pork. Cook until the color turns light brown.
  4. Add the hotdog. Continue sautéing for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the flour. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
  6. Pour-in the Spaghetti sauce and water into the pan. Stir continuously until the texture of the sauce smoothens. Cover the pan. Let it boil.
  7. Add Knorr Pork Cube. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until the sauce gets thick enough.
  8. Add the liver spread and season with salt and ground black pepper as needed.
  9. Add the cooked spaghetti into the pan. Toss until it completely gets coated with the sauce.
  10. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  11. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. Share and enjoy!
