Fish Seasoning
This homemade fish seasoning works perfectly on pretty much all types of white fish. Make it ahead of time in a triple batch and store in your cupboard so it's ready when you need it!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sea salt flaked
- 1 tablespoon oregano dried
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest dried
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together, whisking to mix.
- Store in a lidded container in your cupboard for up to 6 months.
- Use to season all types of white fish.
Notes
- Play around with the amounts of spices to make your perfect blend! I, of course, prefer more garlic in mine!
