This fish seasoning recipe is great for seafood dishes. Called baharart samak, it’s made with cardamom, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.

- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
Instructions
- Whisk together in a small bowl to combine. Store in an airtight container if not using right away.
