Fish Taco Sauce

A rich, creamy, acidic, and spicy sauce is just what you need to serve with some fish tacos. Make this sauce to dress your Fish Tacos or use as a dip!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder add extra to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1  tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lime juice, garlic powder and finely chopped cilantro in a bowl and mix well until sauce is well blended.
  2. Use to top fish tacos.
