Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings party wings preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken wings with water and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer the wings to a Ziplock bag and add the garlic, five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. Shake the wings to blend them well with all the ingredients, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Turn on the grill and cook the chicken wings over direct heat until they are fully cooked. Serve immediately.
