Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • flank steak or any other steak
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • ½ of a Lemon juiced
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, add flank steak (or another steak), and marinate for 6-8 hours (or overnight).
  2. Grill, broil, or pan-fry steak to the desired degree of doneness. Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing the meat against the grain into thin slices.
  3. Cook the remaining marinade in a pan until it boils for extra sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the sliced steak. Enjoy.
