Ingredients
- flank steak or any other steak
- ½ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ½ of a Lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dry mustard
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a large Ziploc bag, add flank steak (or another steak), and marinate for 6-8 hours (or overnight).
- Grill, broil, or pan-fry steak to the desired degree of doneness. Let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing the meat against the grain into thin slices.
- Cook the remaining marinade in a pan until it boils for extra sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the sliced steak. Enjoy.
