Flavor-Packed Vegan Garlic Bread Recipe
No meal is complete without a side of warm, buttery vegan garlic bread—and this one does not disappoint! Crispy on the edges, soft in the center, and loaded with garlicky, herby goodness, it’s the kind of side that steals the show. Bonus: it’s ridiculously easy to make (just 10 minutes of prep!).
Ingredients
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- ½ cup vegan butter 120 g
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Slice: Cut bread into slices, making sure not to cut all the way through the loaf to keep the slices intact at the bottom. Place on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Stir: Melt vegan butter in the microwave (in 10-second bursts to prevent any butter explosions!). Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Assemble: Spoon the butter mixture into each of the cracks. Wrap the loaf in foil.
- Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, then unwrap the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
