Flognarde is a variant of the famous French clafoutis made with black cherries from Limousin and with apples and pears in the winter.

Ingredients
- 2 apple peeled and cut into large chunks
- 2 pear peeled and cut into large chunks
- 4 egg
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup milk warm, whole
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil (or vegetable oil)
- salt a pinch
- butter for the mold
- all-purpose flour for the mold
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F/220C.
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Stir in flour, oil, milk and salt.
- Grease cake pan or springform pan with butter and dust with flour.
- Place fruits at the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the mixture over the fruits and bake for 30 minutes.
- Monitor toward the end. Flognarde should remain wobbly inside.
