- 85 gms butter 3 oz. + 1 tbsp to grease the tin
- 85 gms caster sugar 3 oz. + 1 tbsp to coat the tin
- 85 gms dark chocolate broken into pieces
- 1 tbsp Kahlúa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 egg separated
- 85 gms almond meal 3 oz
- 3 pear peeled, cored and quartered, very ripe
- icing sugar for dusting
