Ingredients

  • 1 cup all natural almond butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips make sure they are keto or paleo approved if necessary
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Scoop with a mini ice cream scooper onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9-11 minutes.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute any nut butter for the almond butter.
