Flourless Peanut Butter Blondies
These rich and chewy peanut butter blondies are dotted with chocolate chips and finished with flaky sea salt. You will never know they are gluten-free because they are so delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter natural, drippy
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 egg large
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract pure
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips divided
- sea salt for sprinkling on top, flaky
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch metal pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a spatula to stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, but still soft in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut into squares and serve!
Notes
- Make sure you stir the peanut butter well. It needs to be drippy and creamy! I use Costco’s Organic Kirkland peanut butter, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt.
