Flourless Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and baking soda until light and creamy. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
