Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips plus more for topping, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, baking soda and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on a wire cooling rack.

- Storing: Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days, in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or enjoy them straight from the freezer!
