Fluffy Cream Cheese Frosting

This fluffy cream cheese frosting is the BEST! It’s light, not too sweet and has hints of vanilla bean and almond. It’s a great all around frosting that will work on everything from cupcakes to cookies. If light fluffy frosting is your thing this recipe is for you!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

  2. Using the whisk attachment mix on medium-high speed until fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
