Ingredients

  • 2 medium eggs
  • A knob of butter (½ tsp)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs and add them to a bowl.
  2. Use a fork to beat them well.
  3. Add the milk, salt and parmesan, and mix again.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the eggs and leave to cook on a low to medium heat until the edges are slightly done.
  5. Using a spatula sramble the eggs quickly until cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle more parmesan cheese over.
  7. Serve immediately!
