Ingredients

Honeydew salad
  • 1 cup honeydew melon balls
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • feta cheese crumbled
  • mint leaves
  • lime juice fresh
Watermelon salad
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes
  • 1/4 cup arugula baby
  • 1/4 cup cucumber half-moons
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • fig balsamic vinegar
Honey Kiss salad
  • 1 cup honey kiss melon shaved
  • 1/2 cup prosciutto strips
  • lime juice fresh
  • salt sea salt
Galia salad
  • 1 cup Galia melon thin spears
  • 1 kiwi peeled, sliced, and cut into quarters
  • Serrano pepper a few slices
  • basil baby leaves
  • goat cheese soft, crumbles
  • lemon juice or lime juice
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. For the honeydew salad combine the melon, blueberries, and feta cheese in a small bowl. Top with mint leaves and squeeze lime juice over the top.
  2. For the watermelon salad put the arugula in the base of a small bowl, and top with the melon, cucumber, and onion slices. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
  3. For the Honey Kiss salad mingle the melon ribbons with the prosciutto in a small bowl. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, and squeeze fresh lime juice over it.
  4. For the Galia salad put the melon and kiwi in a small bowl, top with the pepper slices and basil leaves. Dress with a squeeze of citrus and a drizzle of olive oil.
