Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces chicken or canned chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce Frank's Red Hot brand
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Microwave the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds or until it is soft enough to stir.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and stir until combined, breaking up the chicken as you stir.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.

Notes

  • Blue cheese dressing can replace ranch for a different flavor profile; add blue cheese crumbles accordingly.
  • Monterey Jack cheese is a suitable substitute for cheddar cheese.
