Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip
Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip is a baked, creamy blend of softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. The mixture becomes bubbly and warm after baking, producing a spicy, cheesy dip often enjoyed with chips or crackers.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounces chicken or canned chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce Frank's Red Hot brand
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Microwave the cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds or until it is soft enough to stir.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, and stir until combined, breaking up the chicken as you stir.
- Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
Notes
- Blue cheese dressing can replace ranch for a different flavor profile; add blue cheese crumbles accordingly.
- Monterey Jack cheese is a suitable substitute for cheddar cheese.
