Ingredients
- 7 large tortillas
- 2 cups rice I used this lemon garlic rice recipe
- 2-3 cups cooked steak cubed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can Navy beans 540 mL
Instructions
- In a large tortilla, place your rice in the middle first before the rest of your toppings.
- Next, fold the bottom of your tortilla up so it covers the ingredients but not to the top of the tortilla. Fold in the sides before rolling the burrito in.
- If freezing, wrap them individually in saran wrap or parchment paper so they do not stick together before storing it in the freezer.
