Freezer Steak Burritos

Freezer Steak Burritos are super handy to have in the freezer. Meal prep these lazy steak burritos this weekend!

Ingredients

  • 7 large tortillas
  • 2 cups rice I used this lemon garlic rice recipe
  • 2-3 cups cooked steak cubed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can Navy beans 540 mL

Instructions

  1. In a large tortilla, place your rice in the middle first before the rest of your toppings.
  2. Next, fold the bottom of your tortilla up so it covers the ingredients but not to the top of the tortilla. Fold in the sides before rolling the burrito in.
  3. If freezing, wrap them individually in saran wrap or parchment paper so they do not stick together before storing it in the freezer.
