FRENCH CHOCOLATE GANACHE RECIPE

  • 250 grams heavy cream
  • 500 grams semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chopped

  1. Add the heavy cream into a saucepan or in the microwave, and heat until the mixture begins to steam, do not bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream over it and stir constantly until the ganache is creamy and smooth.
