French Dressing

Homemade French dressing is sweet, creamy and tangy, so easy to make and simple to customize the flavor to your individual tastes.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil light
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon onion sweet; grated

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
  4. Stir before using again after refrigeration.

Notes

  • Everything in this recipe is SO dependent on personal tastes. Adjust the sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste as you desire.
  • a serving is two tablespoons, assuming everything you add is exactly the same amount as I have listed
