- 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded (or diced)
- 1 cup green beans (or veggie of choice)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 6 oz. French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, green beans, cheese, sour cream, mayo, cream of chicken, and almonds.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly into pan.
- Place pan into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the onions evenly on top.
- Place pan back into oven again and bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and serve!
