Fresh and Crunchy Broccoli Salad
This Fresh and Crunchy Broccoli Salad is packed with vitamins and it will be a perfect addiction to your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
For the salad:
- 3 cups broccoli chopped florets
- 1 medium apple cored and finely chopped
- 1 cup carrot grated
- 1 cup corn canned, sweet
- 1 cup walnuts toasted
For the dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise good quality
- 1 ½ tbsp white sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
Dressing
- In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Salad
- Place the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add as much dressing as you want (I use all of it).
- Mix the salad well and serve immediately.
