Ingredients

For the salad:
  • 3 cups broccoli chopped florets
  • 1 medium apple cored and finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot grated
  • 1 cup corn canned, sweet
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted
For the dressing:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise good quality
  • 1 ½ tbsp white sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

Dressing
    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Salad
  1. Place the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add as much dressing as you want (I use all of it).
  2. Mix the salad well and serve immediately.
