Fresh Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Handful of basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar to taste
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh basil, parsley, garlic, canola oil, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  2. Blend for several minutes with an immersion blender until it's well combined and the color is a vibrant green.
  3. Set aside and let the flavors mingle for a while before drizzling on a salad. Enjoy.
