Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup gooseberry
  • 1 cup strawberries tops sliced off
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced into large chunks
For the dipping sauce
  • Coconut chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruit then thread onto wooden skewers.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve with dip of your choice.
