Fresh fruit skewers
Fresh fruit skewers served with chocolate dipping sauce is a delicious and beautiful way to serve fresh fruit at parties or picnics.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peeled and cubed
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup gooseberry
- 1 cup strawberries tops sliced off
- 2 cups watermelon cubed
- 3 kiwi peeled and sliced into large chunks
For the dipping sauce
- Coconut chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit then thread onto wooden skewers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve with dip of your choice.
