Fresh Green Tomato-Chili Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 7-8 pounds green tomatoes
  • 1 pound green chili peppers

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Thoroughly clean the tomatoes and peppers.
  2. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and peppers and set them into a pressure cooker.
  3. Pressure cook for 30 minutes at high pressure. Allow to cool.
  4. Process the tomato-pepper mixture with a food processor or stick blender.
  5. Freeze in containers.
