Fresh Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa is another variation of my Pico De Gallo Salsa made with a fresh mango, tomatoes, onion, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, a jalapeño, and lime juice.

Ingredients

MANGO SALSA:
  • 1 Mango seeded and diced, peeled
  • 2 Roma tomato plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped - or to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, leaves
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix mango, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and juice of 1 lime in a large bowl, and serve.
