Fresh Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa Recipe
Fresh Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa is another variation of my Pico De Gallo Salsa made with a fresh mango, tomatoes, onion, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, a jalapeño, and lime juice.
Ingredients
MANGO SALSA:
- 1 Mango seeded and diced, peeled
- 2 Roma tomato plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped - or to taste
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped, leaves
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Mix mango, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and juice of 1 lime in a large bowl, and serve.
