Ingredients
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- ¼ red onion diced
- ¼ Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ lime juiced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the pineapple, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic. Add the lime juice and salt and stir to combine. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
