Fresh Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ¼ red onion diced
  • ¼ Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the pineapple, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic. Add the lime juice and salt and stir to combine. Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
