Ingredients
- 8 medium roma tomatoes roughly chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion roughly chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 3-4 green onions chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded if desired
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Tajin seasoning
- 1-2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
