Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 apples peeled, cored, and cut inot wedges
Instructions
- Melt butter on medium-low in a large skillet.
- Add in the sugar, cinnamon, and ginger and stir to combine.
- Add in the apple wedges and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring often.
- Serve warm as is or spoon the apples and sauce over ice cream.
