Fried Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips sliced
  • 4 cups lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 Jumbo avocado sliced
  • 4-6 bacon slices extra crispy
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken strips according to package directions.
  2. While your chicken cooks, prepare the rest of your ingredients. Start with a generous layer of salad greens to fill each plate. Then arrange tomato halves, avocado slices, bacon strips, and sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.
  3. When chicken strips are done cooking, remove from oven and allow to cool enough to handle. Cut each chicken strip into 4-6 slices, then place in the center of your Cobb salad.
  4. To make the honey mustard dressing, simply whisk together honey and stone ground mustard, in a 2:1 ratio of honey to mustard. Drizzle as much dressing as you'd like on top of your finished crispy chicken Cobb salad and enjoy!
