Ingredients
- 6 oz goat cheese - approximately 170g
- 3 tablespoon honey
- a few sprigs fresh Rosemary
- few sprigs fresh or dried thyme
Instructions
- Slice the goat cheese into evenly sized rounds or pieces (about ½ inch, approximately 1.25cm).
- Heat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat; no need to add oil.
- Place the goat cheese slices in the skillet and fry the bottom side for 30 seconds to a minutes, or until golden brown (see notes below).
- While the bottom cooks, drizzle honey over the top side and sprinkle with fresh thyme and rosemary.
- Carefully flip the slices and cook the honey-topped side for another 30 seconds to a minute, or until caramelized.
- Transfer the fried goat cheese to a plate, drizzle with more honey, and serve immediately.
