Fried Mac and Cheese Balls
Fried Mac and Cheese Balls are crispy, golden bites made by shaping firm-chilled macaroni and cheese into balls, breaded with panko, and deep-fried until crunchy outside and creamy inside. The contrast between the crunchy coating and soft cheesy pasta center provides a pleasing texture and indulgent comfort food experience. Fresh chives add a mild onion brightness as garnish.
