Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped and sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green bean chopped
  • 2 tsp neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Coriander chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice in a rice cooker.
  2. In a large pan, add oil and let it get hot.
  3. Add the garlic slices and saute for a few minutes till the garlic stars turning brown. Let the garlic burn a little.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add egg and quickly scramble it. (optional)
  6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and the rice and mix well.
  7. Add salt if needed.
  8. Stir fry on high for a minute.
  9. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and serve hot!
