Ingredients
- 8oz (231g) Spaghetti
- Water for cooking
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 eggs
- ½ tsp salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- chives (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add some salt and then add the spaghetti. Let the spaghetti cook until tender. Skip this step if using left-over spaghetti.
- Heat up a skillet and add 1 tbsp of butter to it. Once the butter has melted, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Stir well.
- Add the eggs directly into the spaghetti, add the salt and pepper, and keep stirring everything until the eggs are set. I recommend frying everything until the eggs have just set, otherwise the dish will be dry.
- Serve the spaghetti and scrambled eggs while hot. Garnish with chopped chives when serving (optional).
