Fries Seasoning
This is a simple but super tasty seasoning for French fries that adds more flavour than using just plain salt. Preferably homemade - but even store bought frozen fries or wedges! Also use to add extra flavour to cooked things like roast vegetables, potatoes and cooked proteins.Makes enough for a double batch of homemade fries.

- 1 tsp onion powder (or more garlic powder)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or more onion powder)

- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper , optional
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together.

Cup of Yum
Notes
- Salt type – I like using table salt as the grains are finer than cooking salt/kosher salt so it sticks better to things like fries. However, you can really use any salt type you want.
