Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn chips brand Fritos
  • 3 cups chili
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese
  • sour cream optional garnish
  • green onions optional garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer Fritos in the bottom of a baking dish topped with chili and cheeses. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from oven and serve warm with a dollop of sour cream and topped with green onions.
