Ingredients

  • 620 g Frozen Back Bacon
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Philips Air Fryer
  • Kitchen tongs

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove frozen bacon from the packaging and load into the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 8 minutes at 100c/210f. Turn every 2 minutes and strip the top and bottom slice and move each separated slice to a plate. Until you have all bacon rashers separated. As you do this you will be able to lose any bits of packaging that have also stuck to the bacon.
  3. Load the defrosted bacon back into the air fryer basket and spread it out. Air fry for 6 minutes at 200c/400f turn with tongs and then air fry for the same time and temp on the other side.
  4. Air fry for a little longer at 200c/400f if it is not crispy enough as it will vary depending on the thickness of your bacon and how much you are air frying.

Notes

  • Bacon. In the UK our bacon is called back bacon and is much bigger than streak American style bacon. If you are cooking streaky bacon, then half all our cook times.
