Notes
- When freezing burgers, place a square of waxed paper or parchment between the patties to make them easy to separate even when frozen.
- There is no need to thaw the burgers. You can cook frozen burgers in air fryer.
- Preheat your air fryer for the best results.
- Flip the burgers over halfway through the suggested time.
- Following the low-carb, gluten free, keto, paleo or whole30 diet? No problem! Just serve your burger without the bun and leave off the cheese if required by your diet.
- Do not overcrowd the Air Fryer – Make sure there is space between each burger so they cook evenly.
- Air fryer temperatures will vary depending on the make and model, so use the cooking time as a guide only and adjust as needed.
- Switch off the Air Fryer before topping the patties with the cheese to avoid the cheese flying off the burger.
- Thinner burgers cook quicker than thicker patties. Adjust the time accordingly.
- Storage – frozen burgers can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
