Frozen Double Berry Smoothie

A double-layer of nutritious berry goodness - This Frozen Double Berry Smoothie is the perfect drink to complement spring and summer breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries frozen
  • 1 tablespoon creamed coconut
  • ½ cup water cold
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • mint to serve, leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add into a powerful blender the frozen raspberries,honey, half the water and creamed coconut.
  2. Blend until frothy and smooth and pour into two glasses.
  3. Rinse the blend and fold in the frozen blackberries and remaining water and creamed coconut. Mix until smooth and pour over raspberry smoothie.
  4. Serve immediately with fresh mint leaves on top.
