Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 cups frozen mixed fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and mango
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, mixed frozen fruits, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
