Frozen Haddock In Air Fryer

If you love haddock, then you must try frozen haddock in air fryer. This works perfectly with frozen battered or breaded and the crisp on it is so addictive.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium frozen battered haddock fillets
  • extra virgin olive oil spray optional

Instructions

  1. Place four frozen haddock fillets into the air fryer basket, spreading them out. Cook the frozen fish for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
  2. If you feel the air fryer haddock needs more of a crisp to it you can spray the tops with olive oil, but this step it optional.
  3. Increase the temperature to 200c/400f and cook for a further 4 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

  • Varieties. We used four battered frozen haddock fillets in the air fryer. You can swap this for cod, or any other favourite battered fish.
