Ingredients

Piña Colada Ingredients
  • 3 ounces light rum
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups ice
Optional Garnishes
  • Whipped Cream
  • pineapple wedge
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple juice, sugar and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until no large chunks of ice remain and you have a smooth slushy consistency.
  3. Pour the frozen mixture into two glasses.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream, pineapple slice, and a cherry.
