- 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
- ⅔ cup simple syrup
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 cups ice
- fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice, water, simple syrup, and raspberries to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
